Product Overview

The buried composite pipe of gas station is specially designed for underground oil transportation system and adopts double-layer composite structure, which is suitable for scenes such as refueling pipeline, oil unloading pipeline, oil and gas recovery pipeline and anti-seepage jacket pipeline.

Product structure

Outer layer: High-density polyethylene (HDPE), corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
Inner layer: High-compression, corrosion-resistant special material for stable conveyance.
Intermediate layer (optional): EVOH high-barrier material, preventing leakage.

Implementation standard

National standard GB/T 39997-2021, international standard EN 14125, with a rated pressure of not less than 0.35 MPa.

Transportation and storage requirements

Handle with care during loading and unloading; throwing, dropping, rolling, or dragging is strictly prohibited.
The storage area shall be kept level, with appropriate support provided on both sides.
Outdoor storage must be covered to prevent exposure to direct sunlight.
Store in an area away from heat sources and open flames.
The storage area must have waterproof and fireproof measures.
